Oil-Fired Equipment
Annual tune-up of your primary heating system which includes up to two hours labor and the standard tune-up parts of one air filter, oil filter cartridge, nozzle, and pump strainer. Brush flue passage, test controls, cycle unit for operation, multi-point heating system evaluation and combustion efficiency test with printed result left onsite.
- Tune-up’s to be scheduled between April and July.
- Any repairs to additional heating units (propane or oil fired), water heater, plumbing, or space heater, in the same location, are covered under this agreement. Additional parts or labor will be billed at the preferred labor and parts rate.
- 20% discount on service labor and parts.
- Excludes equipment installations, heat pumps, air conditioners and generators.
- Heat pumps are excluded from being identified as the primary heating system.
