- Up to two hours labor
- Check refrigerant levels
- Clean evaporator coil
- Clean condenser coil
- Clean or replace air filters
- Check and oil blower motor
- Your preferred labor rate will be $80/hour during regular business hours.
- You will receive a 20% discount on all cooling parts for one year on your cooling unit or cooling/heating combo unit – Bourne’s preferred parts rate.
- The agreement does not cover any quotes or estimates for installations.
