Curtis Bradley is a service technician here at Bourne’s Energy, and he has been named Employee of the Month! Curtis has been with the company for almost six years, having come to us right from Green Mountain Technology and Career Center. Curtis has a passion for computers & gaming, technology, and cars. He chose this career path because he wanted to find something that incorporated his natural skills and knowledge, without turning his hobbies into a job that might burn out his interests.
Curtis enjoys seeing so many areas of our state and visiting all our customers. He also enjoys the constant learning the job requires. When asked what piece of information he’d share with our customers, he said, “Probably just the idea of the sheer volume of information each technician has to know. There are so many brands of equipment, and each piece of equipment within each brand has hundreds of parts that could be causing the problem they call us in for.”
Curtis says he’s definitely a night owl; in fact, he’s not at all a fan of mornings! He also loves old video games and systems, particularly those from the 70’s and 80’s. He doesn’t even care whether they work or not, because he’s happy to tinker with them! Traveling is another favorite activity. He’s traveled a lot around the U.S. and would love to get to Japan someday.
There are many reasons we honor Curtis as our Employee of the Month, but at this time of year we really would be remiss not to mention just how much he’s stepped up to help. Curtis has taken many after-hours calls and has been sent out into some nasty weather already this year. We can’t thank him enough for his dedication and commitment to serving Bourne’s Energy customers well, no matter the day or hour.
