I would like to thank Lucas Jones, Bourne’s Energy, for saving the day at Outbound Stowe. We had a boiler go down today and lost hot water in nearly 1/2 of our hotel rooms. Lucas arrived in around an hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and got us up and running. Lucas was cordial, efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. Thank you Bourne’s for your quick response and thank you Lucas!

Just a quick note to say thank you for your assistance with our boiler replacement project. I also would like to extend my appreciation for the great work Tim and Damian did over the course of the three days. They were courteous, communicated nicely and cleaned up perfectly at the end of the project. Of course, as is the way it often happens, our furnace started making horrible noises the evening of December 23rd (right before Christmas 🤦🏻♀️) I called Bourne (Lyndonville) the morning of the 24th, and spoke to a very nice and helpful woman who scheduled a tech for later that day. He came out and replaced a faulty part, and then it seemed to be running much better. That lasted through Christmas night, and then the horrible noises started again. I called Bourne again the morning of the 26th, (spoke with another really nice woman), and had a tech scheduled to come out again. This time it was determined that the igniter was bad, and it was replaced. Now, all is well, and the furnace is back to running smoothly. I can’t thank Bourne’s Energy staff and techs enough for helping us out during the holidays. They were there when we needed them, and that says a lot.

We had some unfortunate things crop up with the house we purchased, and while it was a stressful situation, everyone at Bourne's was fabulous. Their work was meticulous, and they spent hours with us seeking a solution to an unusual problem. Eric and Alex, along with all of the technicians who have been in our house were fabulous and so kind. And Michael and Andrew were patient and worked hard to find a resolution for us. Very grateful.

This has been an incredibly tough winter and heating oil has been getting sucked up at a ridiculous pace in my home. Recently, I have needed two deliveries in a real urgent manner while desperately trying to stretch what I had to avoid emergency delivery charges and kerosene supplements. The team at Bourne's in Morrisville, VT is absolutely of the highest caliber! Ashley and Paula, your efforts, patience, kindness, and follow through are so appreciated. To your drivers, I can't even, to say they got here in the nick of time is an understatement. To Michele, the manager of this team, your group is simply the best!!! I cannot imagine how I would have managed these bitter, frigid temps without the outstanding, above and beyond, commitment to excellence, customer service of Bourne's Energy in Morrisville, VT!!! I just wanted to write and say how very grateful I am for Bourne’s. Everyone I’ve worked with so far has been fantastic- special shoutout to Denise who has been an outstanding advocate for us, extremely responsive, kind, and professional. We recently moved into a home at the top of Bolton Valley which surprised us with how poorly insulated it was. Bourne’s reduced our heating bill so that we can afford to keep our home warm this winter until we are able to reinsulate in the spring. Your customer service is unmatched. It’s truly amazing to work with a company that is as understanding and phenomenal as you are. I want to share with you how pleased my husband and I are with the installation of a Rinnai heater and BBQ box at our house on Wednesday. Firstly, Andrew was phenomenal as he was punctual in his arrival time to look at the area we wanted to place the Rinnai, and he provided us with some great suggestions as well as the proposal turnaround time and presenting to us within two days. Secondly, Mike and Jared did an amazing job with the installation of the Rinnai heater. They were “all business” and went right to work on the installations, promptly and neatly completed the job, picked up after themselves, and ensured the installation area in our house and garage was just as clean as when they arrived.
Although I am a Bourne’s employee, their knowledge and expertise ultimately make me even prouder of our sales and installation staff who provide absolutely outstanding work, take pride in what they do, and how the end result looks for their customers. Huge kudos to these guys!

I highly recommend Bourne’s Energy for both your propane needs and servicing your heating equipment. When it is time to renew your propane contract with Bourne’s you will not have to negotiate, threaten or price propane with other companies. Bourne’s first offer price for contracted propane will be excellent. And to sweeten the deal Bourne’s contract price for propane is the most you will pay per gallon for propane during the heating season and if propane is less than the contract price when you purchase propane, frequently happens in the summer months, then the lower price is what Bourne’s will bill you for propane. We have saved a significant amount using Bourne’s as our propane supplier. And, you can count on them for fast, reliable and professional service for your heating equipment. Yesterday our boiler went down, called Bourne’s at 8 am, they were out early that afternoon, got our boiler up and running again, which I appreciated greatly on this cold November morning. So, for propane or servicing your heating equipment my experience with Bourne’s has been excellent and I highly recommend them.

The entire process of our new boiler installation was excellent, from the estimate phase to the completion of the project. The logistics coordinator and the installation technicians were professional and personable and kept us informed at every step of the process. Furthermore, they were there for us the following week when water from an unrelated issue flooded the area near the new boiler. Boiler was fine, and they helped solve and correct the leaky hose problem. So appreciate Alex, Damian, Kevin and Jordan.
